Are you passionate about making complex AI-powered products easy to understand and adopt? As a Technical Enablement Manager for Commerce, you’ll play a key role in equipping teams, partners, and customers with the knowledge they need to succeed.
You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Enablement to transform releases into scalable, engaging learning experiences. Join us to help bridge innovation and execution while contributing to the success of Coveo’s Commerce platform.
As our Technical Enablement Manager, you will:
Contribute to the enablement strategy for Commerce product releases, supporting internal and external readiness
Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams to translate new features into effective learning experiences
Build and improve scalable frameworks for readiness milestones, communications, and enablement assets
Act as a key liaison for enablement within the Commerce line of business, ensuring alignment with go-to-market initiatives
Develop and maintain engaging enablement resources (courses, job aids, demos, and workshops) for internal teams, partners, and customers
Support the measurement and continuous improvement of enablement effectiveness through relevant metrics
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
Proven experience in product enablement, operations, or software implementation, ideally in software-as-a-service (SaaS) or business-to-business (B2B) technology
Experience contributing to cross-functional release readiness initiatives involving Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Strong understanding of go-to-market teams as key audiences when designing enablement strategies
Excellent organizational, communication, and program management skills in fast-paced environments
What would make you stand out:
Experience in Commerce technology, AI-driven ecosystems, or customer experience platforms
Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and tools such as learning management systems (LMS) or learning analytics
Experience building or improving process frameworks across distributed teams
Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring impact and improving learning effectiveness
