Shape the voice of a category leader in AI-powered relevance
How do you turn innovation into influence? As our Director of Public Relations, you will define and amplify Coveo’s external narrative, strengthening our credibility and thought leadership with enterprise B2B technology audiences. Reporting to the VP of Global Communications, you’ll play a pivotal role in how the market understands our vision and impact.
You’ll lead strategic initiatives that elevate our brand across top-tier media while aligning cross-functional stakeholders around clear, compelling messaging that fuels growth.
As our Director of Public Relations, you will:
Lead the evolution and execution of Coveo’s global public relations strategy aligned with business priorities and brand positioning
Craft compelling corporate and executive narratives that articulate vision, differentiation, and market leadership
Drive proactive media relations to secure high-impact coverage across business, technology, and industry publications
Partner with external public relations agencies to define objectives, manage performance, and scale programs effectively
Support major company milestones including product launches, corporate announcements, partnerships, and customer stories with integrated public relations plans
Prepare executives and spokespeople with messaging frameworks, briefing materials, and media coaching
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
10+ years of public relations experience, ideally in enterprise B2B technology or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Proven track record of securing top-tier media coverage and building strong journalist relationships
Strong strategic planning capabilities combined with hands-on execution excellence
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear business narratives

Experience scaling global public relations programs through agency partnerships
Background supporting executive thought leadership initiatives at the C-level
Experience managing issues and crisis communications
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
