Job purpose As a developer in the Calculations team, the primary focus is the design, maintenance and development of the various backend calculation services pertaining to legislative compliance, payroll, and HR, with a strong focus on performance optimization, throughput, and accuracy. This involves general coding, innovative design and unit testing of the various elements that make up the PaySpace calculation services. Additionally, as a senior developer, you will bring your exceptionally strong technical understanding of how systems are built to the table.
