<li>Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closing</li>
<li>Adapting to evolving headcount needs, ensuring alignment with business priorities</li>
<li>Understanding the bigger picture and how each hire supports Carta’s overarching goals</li>
<li>Driving strategic hiring decisions, influencing the hiring process, and implementing best practices</li>
<li>Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive and professional experience</li>
<li>Sourcing top talent proactively by leveraging creative outreach strategies</li>
<li>Maintaining data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and other People systems</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>The Team You'll Work With</strong></h2>
<p>We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our 65-person Singapore office as the primary recruiting resource for the AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa) region.</p>
<p>As a member of the broader Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top-tier talent. This position will report into a US-based Talent Acquisition Director. </p>
<h2><strong>About You</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in business recruiting within the AMEA region</li>
<li>Fintech or SaaS experience preferred</li>
<li>First principles thinking approach, you are talented at removing roadblocks and creative problem solving</li>
<li>Able to build trust and establish genuine relationships with both hiring partners and candidates by working to understand intrinsic motivators and end-state goals</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and prioritize coaching and delivering feedback both internally amongst the team and externally to our hiring partners and candidates</li>
<li>You have a growth mindset - you welcome new challenges because the risks and potential failures are opportunities to learn and develop</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and operational excellence - you’re able to prioritize across many stakeholders and candidate pools without dropping the ball </li>
<li>You are comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments, and thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility</li>
