<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Analyst</strong> who thrives in high-velocity environments and possesses the technical toolkit to turn complex data into operational strategy. You aren't just managing a budget; you are deep in the data—using SQL to extract insights and Excel to build the frameworks that will guide our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a rigorous analytical thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to drive impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven business.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Scaling Strategic Modeling:</strong> Build and iterate on complex financial models that support our expansion. You will own the quantitative frameworks for forecasting, unit economics, and long-range planning.</li>
<li><strong>Data Extraction Analysis:</strong> Act as the bridge between Finance and Data. You will write SQL queries to pull raw data, ensuring our financial projections are grounded in real-time operational reality.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Analysis Support:</strong> Prepare and deliver high-quality quantitative and presentation materials to support ongoing strategic analyses, including supporting materials for Board of Directors, Investors, Health System Partner discussions, and other key executive initiatives.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Partnership:</strong> Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical leadership to provide data-driven insights. You will help stakeholders navigate their PLs and identify levers for growth and efficiency.</li>
<li><strong>Variance KPI Tracking:</strong> Monitor business performance against targets. You will be responsible for identifying the "why" behind the numbers and communicating those findings to leadership.</li>
<li><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Help refine and automate our financial reporting and data workflows to ensure we can move faster as the organization grows.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2–4 years in Strategic Finance, FPA, Management Consulting, Economic Consulting, Business Analytics, or a similar high-intensity analytical role.</li>
<li><strong>High-Velocity Background:</strong> Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or high-ambiguity environments where you are required to pivot quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Mastery:</strong> </li>

<li><strong>SQL:</strong> Proficiency is required. You should be comfortable navigating databases and joining tables to get the answers you need.</li>
<li><strong>Advanced Excel / Google Sheets:</strong> You are an expert modeler who prioritizes accuracy, scalability, and clean architecture.</li>
