Key Responsibilities Creative Development Contribute to bold, insight-driven creative ideas designed to generate earned impact Translate brand strategy and cultural insights into compelling visual directions Partner with Copywriters and senior creatives to build integrated campaign concepts Support new business pitches and proactive creative opportunities Execution & Craft Support the visual direction across integrated touchpoints (social, digital, film, experiential, PR moments, influencer content) Assist in art directing shoots (film, photography, content production) and support post-production Execute high-quality design and visual assets across formats Earned-First Thinking Help develop ideas built for conversation, participation, and shareability Design work that travels across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels Consider social behaviour and cultural context during concept development Ensure visual storytelling feels native to social and digital platforms Collaboration & Presentation Present work clearly and confidently with support from senior team members Collaborate cross-functionally across Edelman’s internal teams Incorporate feedback constructively while maintaining creative integrity Experience & Capabilities Experience 1–3 years in an integrated agency, creative agency, communications firm, or relevant internship experience Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craft fundamentals Experience contributing to social-first or culturally-driven work Core Skills Strong visual storytelling and design fundamentals Digital-native mindset with understanding of social platforms Experience supporting content production, shoots, or experiential activations Curiosity to think beyond traditional advertising formats Clear communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficient in AI tools and relevant design software (Adobe Creative Suite) We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
