Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.<br><br>We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams responsible for building and scaling software systems that support Robinhood’s global product expansion. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business objectives into technical strategy and execution, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and localized for diverse international markets.<br>As part of the International engineering organization, you will help shape how engineering contributes to Robinhood’s long-term global footprint, enabling seamless trading and financial services experiences around the world.<br><br>This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 4 days per week.
