This newly created role will oversee both our <strong>Measurement Research</strong> group and our <strong>Third-Party (3P) Measurement Partnerships and Insights</strong> group. You will be an integral part of the Marketing Sciences team, driving our value proposition to agencies and brands by demonstrating the power and performance of Reddit as a media platform. In short, we’re looking for a visionary leader who can balance deep technical research with strategic partnership management.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>This role reports directly to the <strong>Senior Director, Global Marketing Science</strong>.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Team Leadership Development:</strong> Manage and develop a global team of data scientists and partnership managers, ensuring efficient operations and career growth within the Marketing Science function.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Strategic Bets Oversight:</strong> Drive the execution of strategic bets including platform research insights, 3P solutions enablement as well as scaled tooling productivity solutions.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Research Methodology:</strong> Direct the development of various measurement methodologies, algorithms, and tools—such as attitudinal survey research, ROI measurement, and causal inference—to support global sales efforts.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Partnership Management:</strong> Manage the implementation and activation of partner solution programs for clients, acting as the primary liaison between external 3P measurement partners and Reddit internal teams.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Technical Informatics:</strong> Oversee a data informatics team focused on delivering technology-based solutions, including clean room implementations, AI tooling, and ML productivity.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Insights Narratives:</strong> Support the creation of 1P and 3P research, meta-analyses, and case studies that communicate Reddit’s value to internal and external stakeholders.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Industry Representation:</strong> Represent Reddit to the larger research and analytics industry through speaking engagements, white papers, and conferences.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Oversee project completion from initiation to delivery, ensuring all research and tooling scales across all Reddit advertisers.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who You Are</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Expert Leader:</strong> A seasoned manager with experience overseeing data science and research teams to leverage diverse data sources for actionable business insights.
