You'll translate market and audience insights into unique brand activations or multi-channel campaigns. You’ll manage agencies and media partners, work with regional teams to ensure local relevance, define success metrics, measure impact, and iterate to maximize outcomes—all while inspiring and aligning internal cross-functional stakeholders.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Strategy audience insight:</strong> Define clear marketing objectives and strategies anchored in Stripe’s brand metrics and business goals, but informed by audience needs, trends, and competitive context.</li> <li><strong>Influence storytelling:</strong> Present strategy and results to senior stakeholders, advocate for bold creative choices, and elevate Stripe’s brand presence globally.</li> <li><strong>Global integrated campaign leadership: </strong>Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns with potential international adaptation.</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional collaboration:</strong> Partner with demand, field marketing, product, creative, media, and comms to align on the business context, audience insight, key message, and best delivery approach.</li> <li><strong>Agency partner management: </strong>Own agency relationships, media vendors, and brand sponsorship partners to deliver standout activation plans and seamless execution.</li> <li><strong>Measurement optimization:</strong> Set KPIs for awareness and down-funnel outcomes; track performance, surface actionable insights, and optimize creative and channel mix accordingly.</li> <li><strong>Autonomy creative problem solving: </strong>Start work from a place of ambiguity, proactively clearing blockers for others and helping the broader team get to the end goal.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Experienced cross-functional leader:</strong> Brand or campaign marketing background with a strong track record of planning and running successful, break-through campaigns.</li> <li><strong>Strategic thinker: </strong>See the "big picture" and can connect brand goals to Stripe’s broader mission.</li> <li><strong>Audience-driven:</strong> Turn insights into compelling creative and strategic choices.</li> <li><strong>Multi-channel expert:</strong> Deep expertise in brand channels like paid media (podcast, CTV, OOH etc.) and paid partnerships, plus proven ability to extend programs across both owned and earned channels.</li> <li><strong>Measurement-minded:</strong> Able to define meaningful brand KPIs, analyze performance, and drive iterative improvements.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative communicator: </strong>Skilled at influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Comfortable with ambiguity:</strong> Thrive in fast-growing environments and take ownership to move projects forward.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul ...
