As a member of the Paid Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving new member acquisition and revenue through digital and offline channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute a strategic and experimentation roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative and collaborative team and make a meaningful contribution to the company's success.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee and scale our affiliate network on Awin, managing a diverse portfolio of over 100 publishers and influencers across subnetworks, content/display creators, and media partners</li> <li>Lead the diversification of the partner mix and drive vertical expansion into new areas such as Auto Insurance, Personal Loans, and Credit Cards</li> <li>Manage both commission-based structures and Flat Fee partnership models, ensuring efficient budgeting and strong partner relationships</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Growth Tech, Analytics) to implement critical technical unlocks to enhance tracking accuracy and partner signal</li> <li>Monitor and report on program KPIs and conduct transaction validations to ensure program efficiency and high-quality acquisition</li> <li>Collaborate with Legal to review partner creatives, articles, and influencer content to ensure compliance while maintaining speed-to-market</li> <li>Partner with creative teams to develop briefs and tailored messaging for specific partner types, including post-purchase placements and influencer campaigns</li> <li>Assist in scaling product and brand campaigns within our full-funnel media strategy</li> </ul> <p><strong>What's great about the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enjoy high visibility to senior marketing leadership</li> <li>Each initiative you work on will have a measurable impact on the business and company-wide KPIs</li> <li>The role is highly cross-functional, and you will interface with Creative, Product, Brand Engineering, and Business Development in a matrixed and highly collaborative team environment</li> <li>This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a highly innovative, collaborative, and fun team</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of professional experience in marketing or a related field</li> <li>A degree in a relevant field, such as Communication, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or a technical discipline</li> <li>Proven experience in marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment and customer segmentation</li> <li>A track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Hands-on, high-capacity doer, with excellent multi-tasking skills</li> <li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we would like to see:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Affiliate and/or influencer marketing experience a bonus </li> <li>Familiarity with SQL is a plus </li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical and Dental Coverage</li> <li>Retirement Plan</li> <li>Commuter Benefits</li> <li>Wellness perks< ...
