As a technical leader and mentor, you will drive the development of next-generation AI-powered monetization strategies, collaborating and communicating with leadership across all lines of business, including their respective engineering, product, partnerships, and analytics teams. </p> <p>A strong background in data science and machine learning paired with excellent communication skills, you will architect and implement scalable solutions w/ cross-team alignment that create the best ML-driven experiences for our members, propelling lifetime value and revenue growth for the company and partners. Your expertise will directly impact the direction of data science in facilitating business growth and will influence company-wide strategies - fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. You will stay ahead of industry trends, integrating cutting-edge techniques into our tech stack, and mentor team members to achieve exceptional results. Your unique blend of technical acumen, leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills will make you a driving force in shaping Credit Karma's future.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to architect and implement cutting edge machine learning systems at scale, driving technical strategy and roadmap for AI capabilities</li> <li>Define and execute the technical vision for current and future ML capabilities as it relates to ad recommendations, with a focus on GenAI and Agentic systems</li> <li>Design and develop large-scale AI systems, leveraging expertise to evolve current systems and create competitive advantages in ad tech</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends and challenges, identifying opportunities and risks to inform technical decisions and drive innovation</li> <li>Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to data scientists and engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Exhibit intellectual curiosity, intrinsic drive, decisiveness, and resilience in navigating technical ambiguity and complexity</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>MS/PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, machine learning, data science, engineering) with 10+ years of experience in data science, software engineering, or data ...
