Identify project scope and requirements while ensuring teams have appropriate resources. Develop, plan, and execute various projects across company platforms. Mentor new team members on both technical and organizational challenges while providing technical expertise for various projects. Assist in establishing team goals and direction. Help lead recruiting and interview activities. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and readily identifies issues to higher stakeholders. Work cross- functionally across the organization to optimize different complex algorithms and modeling techniques to improve core business performance. Monitor performance of team. Supervise at least 1 Software Engineer / 15-1252; Software Developers. May telecommute. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
