Lead Production Engineering/SRE teams in a large, complex environment to identify efficiencies and develop plans to improve the production platforms and processes. Collaborate with various program and platform teams to develop technical roadmaps for engineering initiatives. Identify project scope and requirements while ensuring teams have appropriate resources. Develop, plan, and execute various projects across company platforms. Mentor new team members on both technical and organizational challenges while providing technical expertise for various projects. Assist in establishing team goals and direction. Help lead recruiting and interview activities. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and readily identifies issues to higher stakeholders. Work cross-functionally across the organization to optimize software and find creative solutions for customer issues. Monitor performance of team.
