You Are: The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. This role requires hands‑on functional expertise across major Oracle HCM Cloud processes, including integrations with compensation, recruiting, benefits, time and labor, payroll, and absence management. The Work Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements. Generate functional deliverables and documentation. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client needs. Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure successful end‑to‑end validation. Provide best‑practice guidance for Oracle HCM business processes. Support deployment planning and execution. Deliver post–go‑live stabilization and ongoing functional support. Here's What You Need: Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience Experience leading a team and/or project Strong Oracle HCM business process knowledge. Hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience. Experience with Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Time Labor, Payroll, and Absence Management modules. Proven functional experience across HCM Cloud processes. Experience as an HCM Cloud Functional Designer, Functional Architect or similar experience Bonus Points If: Advanced Degree 15+ years of industry experience Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
