<h2><strong>Role Overview</strong></h2>
<p>As Marketing Coordinator, you will be the operational execution engine behind Kindo's enterprise AI security platform and Deep Hat; our proprietary, internally-built LLM designed specifically for offensive security and red team workflows.</p>
<p>This is not a traditional coordination role. We are looking for someone who operates with an AI-first, automation-first mindset — someone who actively uses AI tools to increase leverage, streamline execution, and improve marketing velocity.</p>
<p>You will partner closely with the Marketing Lead to maintain program momentum across community-building, social operations, field events, webinars, and campaign execution.</p>
<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Build and grow an active presence within open source, LLM, and cybersecurity ecosystems</li>
<li>Own day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and relevant forums</li>
<li>Draft, edit, and publish content while maintaining consistent cadence</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics for field events and webinars (conference sponsorships, VIP dinners, roadshows)</li>
<li>Manage vendors, venue sourcing, shipments, and onsite run-of-show support</li>
<li>Act as liaison with external agencies to ensure timelines and deliverables are met</li>
<li>Support paid campaign planning with positioning angles and landing page concepts</li>
<li>Track invoices and maintain organized performance documentation</li>
<li>Execute pre- and post-event communications and lead capture workflows</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>AI Automation Expectations</strong></h2>
<p>We expect this role to actively leverage AI across the marketing stack.</p>
<p>Examples include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Using LLMs to draft and iterate on social and campaign copy</li>
<li>Automating reporting, tracking, and campaign workflows</li>
<li>Building lightweight internal automations to reduce manual tasks</li>
<li>Leveraging AI for research, positioning, and creative testing</li>
</ul>
<p>This role should consistently ask:<br>“Can this be automated or improved with AI?”</p>
<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>2–3 years of experience in marketing, community, social, or event coordination</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams</li>
<li>Clear written communication skills</li>
<li>Working familiarity with B2B marketing fundamentals</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Interest or experience in LLM and/or cybersecurity communities</li>
<li>Event operations experience (vendor coordination, onsite support)</li>
<li>Familiarity briefing and QA’ing creative assets (Canva, Figma, etc.)</li>
<li>Fluency with AI automation and workflows</li>
<li>High ownership and proactive execution style</li>
</ul>
