And we’re here to build it together.</p> <p>The Partner Solutions Engineer (PSE) is a strategic technical enablement role focused on building, validating, and scaling the technical capabilities of Webflow’s agency and services partners. This role ensures partners are equipped to confidently sell, design, and deliver high-quality Webflow solutions—especially for complex and enterprise-grade use cases—while maintaining clear boundaries that enable scale and predictability.</p> <p>As the technical counterpart to Partner Account Managers (PAMs), the PSE supports multiple partner portfolios and works closely with Partner Enablement, Sales, and Customer Solutions Engineering to strengthen partner readiness and improve the quality of partner-led opportunities.</p> <h1 style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>About the role:</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Location: Remote-first (United States; BC ON, Canada)</li> <li>Full-time</li> <li>Permanent</li> <li>Exempt</li> <li>Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area.
