<p>Position : UI Developer </p><p>Location : Charlotte, NC &amp; Detroit, MI </p><p>Employment type: FTE( USC or GC only)</p><p>Job Description :</p><p>To be able to interact with Business, do the demos, able to work with client partners.<br /> Requirement gathering abilities<br /> 1) Experience in Agile technologies.<br /> 2) Code review - Extensive<br /> a. Making sure team is following good standards<br /> b. Make sure Code is extensible.<br /> c. Make sure Codes have proper documentation.<br /> d. Setup the code review meeting with client.<br /> e. Maintain Code review comments in share point.<br /> f. Maintain all the channel app documents- UIDD, Wireframes, style guide.<br /> 3) UI Design discussion- proposing solutions.<br /> 4) Ability to handle lead triages<br /> 5) Follow Agile Routines<br /> 6) Ability to provide effective Status reporting<br /> 7) Ability to provide Swags/Estimates- in terms of story pointing, release estimation.<br /> 8) Onshore/offshore coordination<br /> 9) Effective task assignment to the team<br /> 10) Effective problem solving.<br /> 11) Effective task assignment among the team.<b></b></p><p><span><span><span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span></span></span></p><p><span><span></span></span></p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
