The role You will be joining our Solutions Engineering team and will be the primary technical lead in our engagements with our prospective and existing merchants and partners across the UK and Spain. You will help qualify, shape, close and support business by providing technical input and oversight on our most exciting opportunities whilst working alongside our Sales Partnership teams. You must be fluent in Spanish and English to apply for this role. Your day to day will focus on: Working with our Partner team on strategic new partnerships and integrations as well as existing integrations and upgrades Working on scaling our partner processes such as integration reviews, documentation and demos Working with our sales team on new and existing opportunities Presenting and crafting demos showcasing our product Performing technical discovery and architecting solution designs for prospects Be an expert on our product, establishing best practices and enabling others across the business to build a better understanding What excites you You are a problem solver at heart You are consultative and love to get stuck into the detail Helping partners accelerate their growth and build innovative experiences Scaling processes and documentation to make our merchant’s and partner’s lives easier Comfortable with thinking outside the box when it comes to use cases What excites us Entrepreneurial mindset Experience working with external development teams to create integrations Existing partner solution engineering experience Programming skills in at least one common programming language Ability to work with API tools such as Postman and debugging/logging tools A strong understanding of APIs and having built integrations with PSPs SaaS tools Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical persons Experience with automation tools and iPaaS Salary Range: £50,400 to £75,600 + 30% OTE Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role.
