You will act as the main liaison between RADAR’s engineering organization and retail customers, ensuring ongoing success and scale of the solution. You will collaborate cross-functionally to surface performance issues, quantify performance, and implement improvements to maximize value for the customer.</p> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain a structured meeting cadence with customers and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain customer-facing documentation and planning tools</li> <li>Ensure deliverables meet expected timelines, scope and quality standards</li> <li>Act as the main point of contact with customers for technical questions, and with internal stakeholders for customer-related questions</li> </ul> <h3>ABOUT YOU</h3> <h4><strong>Required</strong>:</h4> <ul> <li>You have 4+ years experience in project coordination, technical support, or implementation.</li> <li>You have experience working across technical and customer-facing teams.</li> <li>You have proficiency in project tracking tools and implementation documentation.</li> <li>You have demonstrated success working cross-functionally across engineering and customer teams.</li> <li>You have strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Preferred:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>You have a background in retail, including one or more of the following: Inventory Management, retail technology deployment, Solutions Associate, or IT Systems/Information Management.</li> <li>You have a Lean or Six Sigma training.</li> <li>You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer/Data science or related field.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></h3> <h4><strong>In your first 30 days, you will:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Learn Radar’s mission, technology stack and core values.</li> <li>Complete onboarding and security compliance ...
