Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.What You Will Be Doing:We are looking for a Production Technician to assemble mechanical and electrical assemblies on our in-house production lines. You will build hardware that powers Helion's prototype and production fusion machines. You will have a direct impact on Helion's ability to build fusion machines and deliver clean energy to the world. As a Production Technician, you will report directly to one of our Production Supervisors at our Everett, WA location.You Will:Assemble critical mechanical and electrical assemblies per engineering work instructionsUse electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical hand toolsPerform essential quality control inspectionsPartner with a collaborative team of technicians, material handlers, and engineers to meet daily targetsCommunicate with your Lead and Supervisor on daily basisRebuild and re-test defective assembliesComplete specialized projects to help us build our fusion generatorComprehend and interpret work instructions, short correspondence, and memosRequired Skills:1+ years of work experienceExperience working in a fast-paced environment and hitting daily/weekly goalsExperience reading and adhering to instructions (i.e. work instructions, procedures, or processes)Physical ability to squat, reach, climb, and lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeAble to work Monday-Friday first shift operating from 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, or second shift from 2:00pm-10:30pm#LI-OnsiteBenefitsOur total compensation package includes benefits, including but not limited to:• Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for employees and their families • 31 Days of PTO (21 vacation days and 10 sick days) • 10 Paid holidays, plus company-wide winter break • Up to 5% employer 401(k) match • Short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance • Paid parental leave and support (up to 16 weeks) • Annual wellness stipendHelion is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
