Java Back End Developer

<p>Principle Responsibilities:<br /><br /><br />- Execute on a strategic systems and applications roadmap deliverables<br /><br />- Develop and deliver platform and application enhancements which meet or exceed customer needs<br /><br />- Plan and deliver core technology upgrades for our CRM platform<br /><br />- Diagnose, design, and implement solutions to key technology or application problems<br /><br />- Proactively collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver business impacting projects<br /><br />- Bring creative solutions to the table<br /><br /><br />Required Skills: <br /><br /><br />- Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience <br /><br /><br />- 3-5 years development experience in Java or equivalent experience in Object Oriented languages <br /><br /><br />- Strong, hands-on technical track record<br /><br />- Proven ability to deliver at all levels (application, infrastructure, and system architecture)<br /><br />- Ability to communicate ideas, alternatives, and solutions<br /><br />- Deep understanding of core platform technologies and techniques <br />(Java, JBoss, Tomcat, Spring, Struts, JavaScript, JSON, HTML5, Flex, <br />GWT, data management (Oracle/PLSQL), Hibernate, and WebServices)<br /><br />- Proven ability to define and implement effective software development methodologies<br /></p> <p>Skill:    Java, JBoss, Tomcat, Spring, Struts, JavaScript, JSON, HTML5, Flex<br /></p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
