We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically adept Data Analyst with strong statistical foundations to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and use your advanced analytical expertise to uncover valuable insights from complex datasets. You’ll develop analytical models used to create actionable strategies that contribute to our overall business growth. </p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with internal business stakeholders, leveraging statistical and analytical concepts to answer key business questions pertaining, but not limited to: customer churn, clustering customers, and other machine learning projects.</li> <li>Be able to assess when questions can be answered quickly with simple analysis versus needing to build out more robust analysis solutions. </li> <li>Researching, designing, implementing, and deploying full-stack scalable data analytics vision and machine learning solutions to challenge various business issues.</li> <li>Attacking Podium’s most critical business problems, identifying solutions, and partnering with technical and operational teams to create business value</li> <li>Synthesizing large volumes of data from various sources to develop targeted insights using repeatable and scalable techniques</li> </ul> <p><strong>Examples of Potential Projects</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build agents in Snowflake to help give data driven recommendations to CSMs/Onboarders on how to best retain customers</li> <li>Leverage LLMs as necessary to analyze unstructured text data</li> <li>Provide insights around product usage, so we can help our customers more effectively use our product</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Should Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, data science, statistics or related field. </li> <li>2+ years of relevant experience in bizopps, product, customer analytics, or any other related field.</li> <li>On the job experience working within data analyst capacity within a fast-paced and complex business setting.</li> <li>Proven ability to convert data to insight and communicate why it matters, both verbally and in writing.</li> <li>Extensive experience working on strategy or full-life cycle data analysis with tech/programming languages such as Python, R, git, DBT, Databricks/Snowflake.</li> <li>Expert understanding of SQL and basic understanding of core statistical concepts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we hope you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven track recor ...
