You will be central to creating a seamless employee experience at Titan from hiring and onboarding to ongoing HR operations, benefits administration, and day-to-day office support.This role is execution-oriented and highly collaborative. You’ll ensure that our people processes, recruiting pipelines, and workplace operations run efficiently and with precision. You are scrappy, organized, and proactive, comfortable translating People Ops requirements into tangible processes and systemsWhat You’ll DoPeople OperationsOwn and execute core People Operations tasks including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, promotions, and employee lifecycle eventsMaintain HRIS accuracy and integrity in Rippling, ensuring employee records, benefits, and compliance data are correctSupport benefits administration, leave tracking, and employee requestsHelp maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook contentOffice and Workplace SupportOversee day-to-day office logistics, supplies, and facilities managementSupport employee engagement initiatives, team events, and workplace communicationsAct as a point of contact for employee needs and internal operational requestsQualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, recruiting coordination, or related functionsHands-on experience with Rippling HRISStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with core productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferredFamiliarity with benefits administration and HR compliancePrior experience managing office operations or workplace supportExperience in fintech, startups, or high-growth environmentsCompetencies and SkillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate HR dataCustomer-service mindset, proactive, responsive, and solution-orientedCollaborative team player with the ability to work across functionsComfortable in fast-paced, low-structure environments with high ownership
