The Opportunity Pine Park Health is hiring Nurse Practitioners (Full-Time) to revolutionize primary care for seniors in the East Bay area. With dedicated care coordinators handling administrative work and RNs managing triage, you can focus on what you do best: comprehensive clinical care. Our collaborative team structure provides robust support for chart prep, patient education, and follow-up management, creating a workflow that enhances both provider satisfaction and patient outcomes.
