We don’t just maintain systems - we solve problems before they happen, automate relentlessly, and build solutions that help Prolificos do their best work. From internal infrastructure to tooling, security to automation, we take a proactive, hands-on approach to be an enabler for teams, making sure they have everything they need to move fast, make an impact and help Prolific scale.</p> <p>As a TechOps Specialist, you’ll be responsible for making sure everyone has the tools, technology and support they need to do their best work, whilst supporting the wider company in growing and scaling our team across the UK and US.</p> <p>You’ll handle onboarding and offboarding, provide direct technical support to our growing team of Prolificos, manage our fleet of macOS devices and our growing software stack, get involved in projects and initiatives across the company and much more. </p> <p>You’ll play a key role in the maintenance and security of the tools and applications our Prolificos depend on every single day, and make sure we remain compliant with the highest information security standards in everything we do. And as an early member of a growing team, you’ll be vital in supporting the growth of TechOps at Prolific as we continue to scale.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em>What you'll be doing</em></p> <ul> <li>Provide direct technical support to solve technical problems for everyone at Prolific. </li> <li>You’ll set up new joiners with all of the accounts and systems they need for their first day, and run onboarding sessions to guide them through getting familiar with and using our internal tooling. </li> <li>Work within the TechOps team to implement solutions to technical problems and automate manual processes, enhancing the technical capabilities of the team.</li> <li>Write and develop documentation to support the work we’re doing and the processes we’re building. </li> <li>Managing the onboarding and offboarding of SaaS products, and own access controls for our systems on a daily basis.</li> <li>Support on wider company initiatives like the achievement of security certifications and enabling the company to scale at pace without technical blockers.</li> <li>You’ll support supplier management, understanding how our suppliers work with our internal teams to ensure we get value for money, and you’ll work closely with teams to plan for and execute seamless renewals on time and within budget.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><em>What you’ll bring</em></span></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a support capacity and demonstrable technical proficiency, particularly in troubleshooting macOS devices.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Google Workspace and mobile device management platforms like Kandji.</li> <li>Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and technology infrastructure.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Experience in scripting and automation.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Even better if you have </span></em></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of industry specific regulations, like ...
