TRM is trusted by leading agencies and businesses worldwide who rely on TRM to enable a safer, more secure world for all.</p></div><h3>The impact you will have:</h3> <p><strong>Event Logistics Execution Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the AMER and EMEA Events Managers in executing logistics for Tier 2 and Tier 3 events, including vendor coordination, venue requirements, sponsorship deliverables, and shipping timelines</li> <li>Assist with booth and sponsorship logistics such as AV, electricity, internet, carpeting, furniture, and swag shipments, ensuring deadlines are met and details are accurately tracked</li> <li>Partner closely with the Events Managers to ensure field teams have the information and materials needed to be successful on site</li> </ul> <p><strong>Event Experience, Brand Presence Activations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bring your experience to help identify and support lightweight event activations that drive engagement and booth traffic</li> <li>Support coordination with partners on joint executions such as co-hosted happy hours, shared booth activations, or sponsored side events</li> <li>Assist with venue sourcing for happy hours and smaller networking events tied to third-party conferences</li> </ul> <p><strong>Event Tracking, Documentation Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update Notion-based trackers for all third-party events, ensuring accurate, real-time information across regions</li> <li>Prepare and distribute clear “Know Before You Go” documentation with agendas, logistics, and on-site expectations</li> <li>Manage event-related communications, including calendar holds, Slack channel creation, and timely updates</li> </ul> <p><strong>Web, Social Registration Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and manage Splash and Luma registration pages for sidecar events such as happy hours or run clubs</li> <li>Ensure events are accurately listed on the company website with up-to-date details and links</li> <li>Support pre- and post-event social execution by drafting and coordinating event-related posts</li> </ul> <p><strong>Design, Procurement Coordination Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track design requests, ensuring booth graphics, social assets, and event signage are delivered on time</li> <li>Support event-related procurement, including swag sourcing and vendor coordination, with attention to budget and brand alignment</li> <li>Maintain organized documentation for spend tracking, contracts, invoices, and post-event notes</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>What we’re looking for:</h3> <ul> <li>Availability during EST time zone to support EMEA and AMER teams (ideally starting by 7am EST)</li> <li>3+ years of experience supporting B2B marketing events or field marketing programs, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments</li> <li>Hands-on experience with event logistics, vendor coordination, and sponsorship execution</li> <li>Experience implementing AI-native automations and tooling to maximize efficiency and scale</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in parallel</li> <li>Comfortable collaborating across time zones with AMER and EMEA stakeholders</li> <li>Clear, proactive communicator who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have:</h3> <ul> <li>Experience using Notion for project or event tracking</li> <li>Familiarity with Splash, Luma, or similar event registration tools</li> <li>Experience ...
