TRM is trusted by leading agencies and businesses worldwide who rely on TRM to enable a safer, more secure world for all.</p></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Revenue Operations Analyst</strong> to expand RevOps’ execution capacity across <strong>automation, systems integration, and analytics</strong>. This is a hands-on builder role focused on shipping production-grade workflows that reduce manual CRM burden, improve GTM data reliability, and increase seller productivity as we scale.</p> <p>In this role, you will combine <strong>process automation</strong> (workflow orchestration and scripting), <strong>deep GTM tech stack fluency</strong> (CRM and adjacent tools), and <strong>data analysis</strong> (SQL + dashboards) to help teams move faster with cleaner, more trustworthy revenue operations.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Workflow Automation:</strong> Identify manual GTM processes and build production-grade automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Python, custom scripts) that scale.</li> <li><strong>AI Systems Integration:</strong> Support AI-powered workflows and cross-system integrations across Salesforce, enrichment tools, forecasting systems, and CS platforms (APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns).</li> <li><strong>Tool Optimization:</strong> Improve performance and configuration of core GTM systems, including Salesforce, BoostUp, Nue (CPQ), Groove, and related tooling.</li> <li><strong>Reporting Data Reliability:</strong> Strengthen forecast hygiene, CRM data integrity, and reporting accuracy to enable real-time GTM visibility.</li> <li><strong>Rapid Experimentation:</strong> Partner with SDR and Sales leadership to scope, ship, and iterate on outbound automation experiments quickly.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with SDR, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps stakeholders to implement scalable process improvements.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>2+ years of experience</strong> in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM systems role.</li> <li><strong>Process automation expertise:</strong> Experience with tools like <strong>n8n</strong>, <strong>Python</strong>, and/or custom scripting, including building and maintaining scalable workflows.</li> <li><strong>Tech stack knowledge:</strong> Hands-on experience with GTM platforms such as <strong>Salesforce</strong>, <strong>HubSpot</strong>, <strong>Pipedrive</strong>, <strong>Apollo</strong>, <strong>Clay</strong>, and similar tools.</li> <li><strong>Integration fluency:</strong> Strong understanding of cross-system integrations (APIs, auth, webhooks, data sync patterns, and modern orchestration approaches such as MCP servers).</li> <li><strong>Data analysis strength:</strong> Proficiency with <strong>SQL</strong>, plus experience building dashboards and reporting in tools like <strong>Metabase</strong>, <strong>Looker</strong>, <strong>Power BI</strong>, or <strong>Tableau</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Ability to translate data</strong> into operational insights and clear recommendations.</li> <li><strong>Comfortable operating independently</strong> in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The RevOps team is truly remote!
