TRM is trusted by leading agencies and businesses worldwide who rely on TRM to enable a safer, more secure world for all.</p></div><p>The Marketing team at TRM Labs is looking for a <strong>Communications Manager</strong> to shape and activate TRM’s global narrative through earned media and high-impact country-level executive roadshows that drive measurable revenue outcomes. You’ll own strategic positioning and bring it to life across priority markets — partnering closely with Sales, <em>Product</em> Marketing, and the executive team to convert visibility into pipeline influence.</p> <h4><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Define and operationalize TRM’s global narrative</strong> as our footprint and solution set expands — ensuring consistency and intentionality across regions and channels.</li> <li><strong>Build and execute a proactive global media strategy</strong> that builds on TRM’s reputation as the authoritative source for insights, data and expert commentary on topics that align to our core narratives.</li> <li><strong>Activate earned and owned channels beyond traditional media</strong>, including analysts and research firms, organic social, third-party events, and others to expand brand reach and impact.</li> <li><strong>Lead messaging development for executive communications and key company announcements, </strong>serving as the primary quarterback in high-stakes or fast-moving moments.</li> <li><strong>Scale our internal experts and thought leaders</strong>, training and elevating voices across the company and building repeatable frameworks that empower regional and functional teams to communicate with clarity and impact.<br><br></li> </ul> <h4><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>8–12+ years of experience in strategic communications</strong>, including meaningful time in high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, AI-native, or adjacent regulated industries.</li> <li><strong>Proven ownership of executive communications and tier-1 media relationships</strong> — not just supporting senior leaders, but directly shaping narrative and outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Experience designing and operationalizing global communications programs</strong>, with a clear POV on how to enable regional execution (via agencies, contractors, or direct management).</li> <li><strong>A strategic storyteller</strong> who synthesizes product vision, roadmap, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer proof into differentiated narratives that resonate with customers, talent, investors, and influencers.</li> <li><strong>Analytical and outcome-focused</strong> — establishes clear objectives with measurable metrics for success, identifies measurable success indicators, uses data to guide hypotheses and inform decisions.</li> <li><strong>AI-fluent and forward-thinking</strong> about how generative AI and LLMs reshape media, search, reputation, and brand authority — with a proactive experimentation mindset.</li> <li><strong>Comfortable operating with urgency and sound judgment</strong> in high-stakes sectors, including scenarios involving national security issues and active law enforcement investigations.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>About the Team:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Our core mission is to <strong>drive revenue growth by shaping market perception and activating demand through strategic storytelling across and visibility across earned and owned channels.</strong></li> <li>You will partner closely with Insight ...
