Supervisor, Service Operations The Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading frontline service execution at Curri. This role focuses on coaching and developing Service Representatives and Specialists, ensuring real-time queue coverage, and resolving escalations to deliver consistently reliable, high-quality customer outcomes. This role exists to strengthen day-to-day operational leadership and support as the service organization continues to scale, ensuring teams are supported in real time and consistently held to high performance standards.
