<p><strong>You’ll report to: </strong>We’re hiring two Product Owners - one reporting to James Bearne (Product Manager) and the other to Adam Knight (Head of Product).</p> <p><strong>Team: </strong>Product</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>This is a hybrid role based out of our London office in Monument, with an expectation to be in the office 2 days per week.</p> <p><strong>Salary Range: </strong>£75,000 - £82,000 per annum</p> <p><strong>Role Type: </strong>Full-time, Permanent</p> <p><strong>Start date: </strong>As soon as possible</p> <p><strong>Visa / Sponsorship Available: </strong>Not Available</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Product Owner Role </strong> </p> <p>This is a technically minded Product Owner role, working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable product capabilities. While our platform operates in the insurance space, <strong>deep insurance experience is not required</strong> - what matters most is your ability to understand complex systems, make sound product decisions, and translate technical and business needs into clear, valuable outcomes. You’ll be supported by experienced insurance subject matter experts as you build domain knowledge.</p> <p>You’ll own product and technical requirements end-to-end, balancing feature delivery with platform sustainability, performance, and scalability.
