The ultimate outcome of this role is to drive pipeline and revenue growth by ensuring our products are clearly positioned, well launched, and effectively adopted by the market. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to our Head of Marketing. You'll be our bridge between product innovation and market success, working closely with customers, sales, and product teams to ensure our solutions resonate in the market.What you'll doDrive Pipeline & Go-To-Market ExecutionDrive and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns to build a healthy pipelineCreate compelling one-pagers, solution briefs, and product pages on our websiteSupport broader demand generation programs, including digital marketing, field initiatives & events/ webinarsDrive Customer-Centric MessagingDefine and maintain a consistent, clearly differentiated (audience-specific) messaging framework for our platformTranslate technical features into clear value propositions and shape positioning that differentiates us from competitorsSynthesize customer insights by analyzing sales calls and buyer conversations to inform the broader strategyEnable Sales SuccessDevelop high-impact social proof, incl. customer case studies and impact storiesEquip Sales/BD with persona-based tools (pitch decks, playbooks, and assets) designed to improve deal velocityShape Market StrategyManage analyst relations (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)Gather competitive intelligence and maintain battlecardsWhat you'll need5+ years in B2B product marketingProven ability to translate complex technical products into business valueExceptional writing skills with ability to simplify complex conceptsTrack record of driving measurable revenue impact through marketing initiativesExperience with complex (enterprise) sales in B2B SaaS/ AI solutionsStrong analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision makingExcellent project management and stakeholder collaborationPrograms: GSuite, Notion, Miro, Figma a plus, eager to work with AI toolsNice to haveGood understanding of AI/ML conceptsExperience in financial services decisioning (e.g., fraud prevention, or credit underwriting)Background in both startups and scale-ups
