Role Overview The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading Gridware’s day-to-day field deployment operations. This role will be part of a team consisting of two other field supervisors. This person will be hands-on in the field while managing and mentoring Field Operations Specialists who support the installation of Gridscopes. The role blends operational execution, people management, logistics coordination, and continuous process improvement. This is a highly operational role for someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership, and can translate plans into reliable execution.
