This role will work with product managers and designers to implement user-facing features that directly impact how healthcare teams and patients interact with our AI-powered scheduling and workforce management solutions.Our ideal candidate can lead frontend initiatives across multiple surfaces and is fueled by a passion for creating seamless user experiences that solve complex healthcare logistics problems. Whether you've honed your expertise building consumer-facing applications at scale, creating mobile-first healthcare platforms, or leading frontend architecture at fast-growing startups, we want to hear your story.What You’ll DoImplement responsive mobile experiences and web applications for clinicians, office administration teams, and patientsBuild performant, reusable React components and user interfaces that handle complex scheduling and logistics workflowsDevelop and maintain our React Native mobile application used by field clinicians in real-timeArchitect scalable frontend systems integrated with GraphQL APIs and real-time data streamsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiencesLead frontend code reviews and establish best practices for component architecture and state managementMentor junior engineers on modern frontend development patterns and healthcare application requirementsOptimize application performance for mobile devices and varying network conditions in healthcare environmentsRequirementsBachelor's degree5-7+ years of software engineering experience with strong mobile focusStrong communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to conduct effective code reviews and architectural discussionsExpert-level proficiency in React Native + TypeScript using modern architectural patterns (3+ years)Hands-on experience with GraphQL client libraries (Apollo Client preferred)Experience with responsive design, CSS-in-JS, and modern styling frameworksStrong understanding of mobile web performance optimization across a wide variety of devicesExperience working in startup environments with rapid iteration cyclesDemonstrated ability to self-learn and quickly adapt to new frontend technologiesNice to HavesExperience building healthcare applications with complex compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC-2)Working knowledge of logistics, scheduling, or workforce management applicationsExperience with real-time features (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)Track record of mentoring junior frontend engineersFamiliarity with design systems and component librariesKnowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practicesTools You Ma ...
