Software Engineering Manager

Engineering at TRACTIAN The Engineering team at TRACTIAN is responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure that powers our products. We work with massive volumes of IoT data, real-time streams, and mission-critical services that demand performance, resilience, and reliability. Backend and Integrations teams play a vital role in ensuring our platform seamlessly connects with the external ecosystem of ERPs, CRMs, and other mission-critical enterprise tools, while also driving scalability and robustness across Tractian’s backend architecture. What you'll do As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional group of engineers focused on backend services and enterprise integrations. You’ll partner closely with the Product team and engineering managers to ensure smooth delivery of engineering projects, and collaborate with directors and technical leads to shape the strategic vision of backend systems and integrations at Tractian. This role blends technical depth with people management, requiring you to support engineers in their growth while ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
