What you'll be doingFounders' Office team work closely with the founders to drive the most critical initiatives for the company. From growth to operations or AI – you will do whatever it takes to win:Be a rainmaker: you will work hand in hand with the founders. Beyond scope of work and priorities, it is in the DNA of DolarApp to do whatever it takes to winDrive product and growth platforms: you will analyze product metrics and design + ship features to bring new value propositions to our customers, optimize funnels, and improve engagement and virality.Drive operations and AI: you will scope new payment rails, develop end to end partnerships, do customer support, analyze and resolve customer issues.Growth: you help execute local growth efforts - including community building, affiliate marketing, brand marketing and influencer marketingWhat you'll need3-7 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC backed company, a top tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or in a top tier investment bank (bulge bracket)Strong stakeholder management skills, able to bond with critical partners and manage customers needing supportExcellent organisation, being able to find information about all areas of the companyResourceful, with maximum attention to detail and due diligenceStrong analytical skills and taste for aestheticsAbility to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answerBusiness fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plusIdeally, you are an expat (or have been an expat) living in London or willing to relocate (DolarApp can sponsor your visa)BenefitsCompetitive salarySign-on stock options bonus, so you become part of the success of the companyDiscretionary performance bonus (stock options)Latest technology to work withStrong team that will help you improve your skills
