As we grow, strong people operations, clear internal communication, and thoughtful team experiences are essential to how we collaborate, onboard new team members, and build a healthy, connected company culture.We’re looking for a People Operations, Learning & Communications Intern to support our People team across internal learning, communications, and team experience initiatives.About the roleIn this role, you’ll work closely with the People Operations Coordinator to support the systems, content, and experiences that help Quindar teams do their best work.You’ll help build and communicate internal learning resources, support internal communications, and assist with planning and coordinating team trips, events, and activities. This is a hands-on role that combines people operations, learning, communication, and culture-building.This internship is ideal for someone interested in People Ops / HR, learning & development, internal communications, or operations, and who enjoys both structured work and collaborative, people-focused projects.What you’ll doInternal learning & knowledge managementResearch and document general aerospace concepts relevant to QuindarHelp capture and structure Quindar-specific knowledge, including:Internal terminology and acronymsTeam overviews and responsibilitiesTools, workflows, and ways of workingBuild and maintain content in an internal learning database (e.g.ClickUp)Translate technical or complex topics into clear, accessible explanationsIdentify knowledge gaps that affect onboarding or internal alignmentPeople operations & team experienceSupport People Ops initiatives and day-to-day coordinationAssist with planning and coordinating:Team trips and offsitesInternal events and activitiesTeam-building initiativesHelp with logistics such as scheduling, documentation, coordination with vendors, and internal communicationSupport follow-up and feedback collection after events and tripsInternal communications & internal marketingSupport internal communications by:Drafting or editing internal announcements and updatesSupporting onboarding-related communicationsHelp promote internal learning resources and People Ops initiatives so they’re visible and usedMaintain clarity and consistency in tone across internal contentGather feedback on internal communications and suggest improvementsCollaboration & improvementWork with team members across the company to gather information and contextHelp develop templates and best practices for documentation, communications, and event coordinationContribute ideas to improve People Ops processes and the overall employee experienceWhat we’re looking forStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, reliable, and detail-orientedComfortable juggling different types of tasks (content, coordination, communication)Curious mindset and willingness to learn technical topicsInterest in people operations, internal communications, or learning & developmentComfortable collaborating with different teams and asking questionsNice to have (but not required)Interest or background in aerospace, engineering, or spaceExperience with Clickup, Slack, or similar toolsExperience supporting events, trips, or community activitiesContent, editing, or basic design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.)What you’ll gainHands-on experience in People Operations at a growing space companyExposure to internal learning, communications, and culture initiativesExperience supporting team trips, events, and employee engagementOwnership of meaningful internal projectsMentorship and close collaboration with the People team
