This role is on-site in San Francisco in the Dogpatch neighborhood.Giga builds AI agents trusted by the largest B2C companies in the world. You’ll be responsible for our new Dogpatch HQ (25k sq ft), events, and the end-to-end in-person employee experience.What You’ll DoOwn the physical workplace: Lead the setup and ongoing operations of our Dogpatch office (25k sq ft) as we scale.Run vendors and office operations: Own relationships and contracts with IT, janitorial, catering, security, building management, and other key vendors. Automate onboarding and the employee lifecycle: Build workflows for SSO, laptop provisioning, access badges, and workspace setup so they are fast and invisible.Shape culture and events: Design and run in-person rituals such as all-hands, guest talks, team offsites, and cultural moments.Who You AreSeasoned: You have led workplace, facilities, or office operations for a high-growth, in-person tech company, or an equivalent operational role with heavy on-site responsibility.Hands-on: You are high-agency and execution-oriented. You see something broken or inefficient and fix it without being asked.Business-savvy: You are comfortable owning vendors, contracts, and budgets and you negotiate for quality and reliability.Structured: You think in systems and automation.
