If this sounds exciting to you, let’s chat!</p> <p>We are looking for an Analyst who can <em><strong>not just report on performance, but also interpret data to drive decision-making</strong></em> to ensure our clients turn raw data into measurable business value.</p> <h3>ANALYST, ANALYTICS EXPERIMENTATION</h3> <p>What experience should you have:</p> <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, conversion optimization, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define key questions that inform the structure of reporting, analysis, and/or testing methodologies.</li> <li>Foundational understanding of data storytelling, with the ability to move beyond "what happened" to "why it matters" and “what to do about it”.</li> <li>Proficiency as a business practitioner in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or GA4, with a <strong>focus on navigating reports, building segments, and uncovering behavioral trends.</strong></li> <li>Detail-oriented mindset with experience in Quality Assurance (QA), <strong>ensuring that analytics tags and test experiences are firing correctly and capturing accurate data</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Familiarity with the experimentation lifecycle</strong> (A/B testing, hypothesis development, and basic statistical interpretation) as a component of a broader optimization strategy is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>What you’ll be doing in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Support discovery work to understand client challenges and develop a structured backlog of evidence-based hypotheses for testing and analysis.</li> <li>Assist in designing and executing reporting, analytics, and optimization briefs.</li> <li>Partner closely with engineers to ensure implementation enhancements and experiments are built accurately and quality-checked before launch.</li> <li>Perform analysis to uncover actionable insights and develop data-driven recommendations</li> <li>Present findings to internal and client stakeholders in a clear, business-focused way.</li> </ul> <p>What you'll need to accomplish in your first year:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute consistently to the experimentation backlog through research, structured hypothesis development, and KPI alignment.</li> <li>Deliver clear, actionable insights from analysis and test results that help clients make confident, data-driven decisions.</li> </ul> <p>Our <a href="https://www.gofurther.com/resources/total-rewards">total rewards program</a> is designed for your protection, peace of mind, and overall well-being.
