Job Description
About UsBlueberry is building the 1:1 marketer for the world’s most ambitious brands. The way brands engage with customers is fundamentally shifting. In the early days, founders reply to every comment, DM every follower, and know customers by name. But as audiences grow into the hundreds of thousands or millions, that intimacy breaks. Even with social managers, no team can authentically know every follower, so brands default to 1:many channels like mass email, SMS, and generic posts. The personal touch disappears. At Blueberry, we’re rebuilding that intimacy at scale. Our product performs deep research on social followers, enables brands to authentically engage through personalized DMs, and delivers the perfect offer tailored to each customer at exactly the right moment. What once felt impossible, knowing every follower by name and why they care about your brand, is now achievable. In under 3 months, we're live with 10+ brands, including several 9-figure direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies, and NBA teams to drive substantial revenue and nurture lasting loyalty. We’re backed by Pear VC (first checks into Doordash, Dropbox, and Gusto), Founders, Inc., and recently invited SignalFire to our investor group. Now, we’re hiring the founding team that will scale Blueberry across the world’s largest brands. The RoleIn an AI-native world where code is increasingly commoditized, taste becomes the moat. This is why we are intentionally hiring a product designer as one of the first hires in Blueberry’s history. As Founding Product Designer, you’ll work directly with the founders to shape Blueberry’s product, design system, and brand DNA. You’ll define how the product looks, feels, and behaves. In doing so, influence how global brands build authentic relationships with millions of customers. You’ll own the end-to-end product design process, from early exploration to polished execution. This role is equal parts craft, judgment, and ownership. What you design early will set the standard for the product and design culture as the company scales. What You’ll DoDesign Blueberry alongside the founders and early team, from zero-to-one through early scaleDesign the future of Blueberry alongside the founders, Nima & Sean.
