Position Details: • Location: On-site (Lima, Peru) • Schedule: Monday–Friday \u007C 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Contract: Permanent Your Mission: • Enhance the efficiency of our commercial team through: • Strategic Research: Identify, validate, and refine prospect data using web tools and internal resources. • Data Management: Accurately administer CRM data (Salesforce) and additional management platforms. • Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to ensure data accuracy and relevance. • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare metric reports, and track key sales KPIs. What We’re Looking For: • Education: Degree in Business Administration or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative or sales support roles (B2B experience is a strong plus). • Technical Skills: CRM proficiency (Salesforce is a big advantage) and strong digital research abilities. • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, effective communication, resilience, and self-management. #Solvo #LI-Promoted
