Job Opening: Healthcare Recruiter A U.S. healthcare company is seeking candidates for the position of Healthcare Recruiter. **Work Schedule: **MONDAY TO FRIDAY 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection). • Identify and attract qualified candidates for clinical and administrative roles. • Coordinate interviews and follow up on the hiring process with department leaders. • Negotiate job offers and support the onboarding of new employees. • Maintain an updated candidate database and ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.
