Location: 100% remote Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Flexible hours to be arranged. 📌 Main Responsibilities • Digital Marketing Management: Plan and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. • Growth Strategies: Run A/B tests and campaigns to expand reach in key markets. • Premium Content Production: Edit video/audio to high-quality technical standards. - SEO and Web: Publish articles, optimize images, and manage themed groups. • Lead Management and Support: Manage workflows, respond to direct messages, and maintain agile communication with families and clubs. • Reporting and Analytics: Create weekly/monthly dashboards with metrics and business information. Essential Requirements • Advanced English level (B2) • 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, brand growth, and content strategy. • Basic familiarity with automation. • Web analytics (Google Analytics) and familiarity with attribution. • Strong analytical skills related to CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and sales funnel performance. • The client is looking for candidates capable of producing timeless content without relying on artificial intelligence tools. • SEO experience is required. Experience with paid campaigns, including Meta Ads or Google Ads. • Technical proficiency in frame rate, resolution, compression, and audio editing. • Ability to conduct structured growth tests (e.g., Trial Reels) and interpret the results. • Strong writing skills for blogs and web content. • Proven experience managing organic social media accounts for a brand or creator, with evidence of high-performing content. • Strong video editing skills using professional tools (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, After E #Solvo #LI-PROMOTED
