Medical Coder

The Production Medical Coder is responsible for high-volume, accurate professional coding across multiple medical specialties, with a strong emphasis on Evaluation & Management (E/M) services. This is a production-focused role with limited non-production responsibilities, supporting revenue integrity through compliant code assignment, provider documentation clarification, and timely resolution of coding-related edits. Coders are expected to work independently within established templates and workflows while consistently meeting productivity, turnaround time, and quality benchmarks. Required: • Active AAPC or AHIMA certification (CPC, CCS, or equivalent). • Minimum 2–3 years of professional E/M CPT production coding experience. • Proven ability to code independently with minimal rework. • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: • Experience working within AdvancedMD. • Prior experience supporting multi-provider and/or multi-location practices. • Specialty experience strongly preferred in: • Podiatry • Vascular • Pathology • Pain Management • Wound Care / Skin Substitutes (data-entry level) • Familiarity with modifier-intensive workflows #Solvo #LI-PROMOTED
