If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and analytics — this role is for you! 🚀 🚀 What You’ll Do Paid Media Strategy 🎯 Build & optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok 💵 Manage budgets, pacing, targeting & creative testing 📈 Improve CPA , lead quality & conversion performance Content & Copywriting ✍️ Write compelling copy for ads & organic social 👥 Tailor messaging for parents, students & community audiences 🎨 Create fast content using Canva , Adobe Spark & CapCut Social Media Management 📱 Manage daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & X 💬 Engage with comments, messages & online communities ❤️ Maintain consistent, mission‑driven brand voices Reporting & Optimization 📊 Own paid media budgets & dashboards 🧩 Build reports through HubSpot, Looker & Sheets/Excel 🧠 Present insights & recommendations to leadership 🎯 What We’re Looking For ⭐ 3+ years managing paid + organic social campaigns 🎯 Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads ✍️ Excellent copywriting & content creation ability 📉 Data‑driven mindset with CPA & conversion optimization experience 🎨 Experience with Sprout Social (or similar) & Canva 💻 Ability to work independently in a remote environment ❤️ Passion for supporting underserved students Bonus Skills: ➕ HubSpot ➕ Looker / BI tools ➕ Education or enrollment marketing experience ➕ Multi‑brand content management 💌 Ready to Make an Impact?
