We are hiring a VP of Marketing to lead and scale Orum’s entire marketing organization. This is a senior leadership role for a proven, all-around marketing executive who can confidently lead brand, product marketing, and demand generation — and, critically, translate marketing strategy into measurable business impact.   This leader will partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Sales leadership, Finance, Product, and the executive team to build a modern, credible, performance-driven marketing function that earns trust across the organization. While candidates may come from different backgrounds, we are particularly interested in leaders with deep experience in strategic narrative, positioning, and product marketing, paired with the ability to build systems, measurement, and operating rigor across the full funnel. Role Overview The VP of Marketing will be responsible for defining and amplifying Orum’s story — ensuring that our message resonates with the market, drives growth, and reinforces our leadership in AI sales tech. This leader will oversee Brand, Product Marketing, Content, Communications, and Demand Generation, aligning all marketing programs around a unified narrative that fuels revenue and brand equity.
