The scope of the position will expand in line with your capability, performance and ambition.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Sales Strategy GTM Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the MD Commercial in developing and executing Nucelo’s commercial strategy</li> <li>Activate verticalised GTM plans across priority sectors</li> <li>Refine service-line value propositions and pricing models</li> <li>Own quarterly and annual revenue targets (new logos + account growth)</li> <li>Monitor market trends, competitor positioning and win rates to optimise strategy</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pipeline Development Deal Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and manage a robust, qualified pipeline aligned to strategic growth sectors</li> <li>Lead complex B2B pursuits from qualification through to close</li> <li>Coordinate RFP responses and bid submissions with technical and delivery teams</li> <li>Improve sales velocity, forecasting accuracy and conversion rates</li> <li>Drive structured busine ...
