This is a true <strong>Hunter role</strong>, responsible for generating new business, driving the full sales cycle, and expanding Envoy Global’s presence among small to mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales acumen, capable of proactively identifying and capturing leads, managing relationships, and closing deals. <strong>Experience in Corporate Immigration and Mobility/HR technology services is a plus.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>Envoy Global</strong> is based in Chicago, Illinois, but open to remote positions (Work from Home). <strong>Up to 20-30% travel required.</strong></em></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>New Business Development:</strong> Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers, leveraging outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads.</li> <li><strong>Sales Cycle Management:</strong> Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution for small to mid-sized businesses.</li> <li><strong>Market Expansion:</strong> Drive Envoy Global’s strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies.</li> <li><strong>Solution Selling:</strong> <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Understand customer needs and pain points, positioning Envoy Global’s immigration solutions as essential to their people strategy.</span></li> <li><strong>Sales Targets:</strong> Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, operations, and product, to enhance the customer experience and optimize sales strategies for mid-market clients.</li> <li><strong>CRM Reporting:</strong> Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), providing regular reports on progress and forecasts.</li> <li><strong>Industry Knowledge:</strong> Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting Immigration and Mobility.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You May Need to be Successful:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility, with a proven track record of closing deals in the mid-market segment.</li> <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> or equivalent is preferred.</li> <li><strong>Sales Skills:</strong> Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment.</li> <li><strong>Negotiation Communication:</strong> Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with decision-makers in mid-market businesses.</li> <li><strong>Tech-Savvy:</strong> Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.).</li> <li><strong>Self-Motivated:</strong> Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.</li> <li><strong>Travel:</strong> Willingness to travel up to 20-30% to engage with clients, prospects and regional events in person.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Salary + Commission </strong></span></p> <p><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Annual Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000</span></strong></p> <p><strong> ...
