You will partner with enterprise customers and field sales teams across the full sales cycle to evangelise, architect, and validate MCP-based solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Combining deep technical credibility with a commercially sharp mindset, you will enable customers and partners to unlock the full potential of agentic AI on the Workato platform, while shaping the broader MCP narrative through thought leadership and close collaboration with Product and Engineering. You will also be responsible to: Act as the primary technical advisor and evangelist for Workato's Agentic and MCP (Model Context Protocol) capabilities, guiding enterprise customers from initial discovery through to solution design and proof-of-concept delivery Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops to understand customer AI and automation landscapes, translating business challenges into scalable MCP-based solutions on the Workato platform Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Consulting teams to drive technical win strategies, delivering compelling demos, RFP responses, and value-based narratives tailored to executive and technical audiences Enable customers and partners to build, deploy, and operationalise MCP integrations by providing hands-on guidance, reference architectures, and best practice frameworks Serve as a feedback conduit between field engagements and Workato's Product and Engineering teams, surfacing customer-driven insights to shape the MCP product roadmap Contribute to the broader SC community through the development of reusable assets, playbooks, and internal enablement content around agentic AI and MCP use cases Stay at the forefront of the agentic AI ecosystem — including LLM frameworks, tool-calling standards, and enterprise AI governance — to position Workato as the platform of choice for intelligent automation Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills 5+ years in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Consulting role within an enterprise SaaS or AI platform environment Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI/ML ecosystems, LLM-based architectures, ...
