Sr Product Operations Department: Product Team: Product Operations Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The Product Operations team at Uber plays a crucial role in ensuring the development and rollout of the right products to drive our business forward. As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and other Product teams, to identify new business opportunities and prioritize product initiatives. You will be pivotal in ensuring Uber can build, test, rollout, and iterate on the best products for our UberEats consumers. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 01. Define the operating structure and processes to execute on product strategy 02. Lead a community of strategic leaders to drive a significant impact to the business 03. Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org 04. Own the comms and messaging to drive impactful product launches 05. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product 06. Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle 07. Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation 08. Collaborate with key team members (legal, tax, policy, support, etc) to prepare products for launch 09. Track core business metrics related to the product 10. Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by product post-launch 11. Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvement and planning \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 01. Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement; Master’s or MBA preferred but not required. 02. 6+ years experience in Product, Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Finance or similar role 03. Demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally within data-drive and consumer-facing product areas with global exposure 04. Excellent written and verbal
