Event Coordinator

Job Description
The Event Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of effective event marketing strategies that support WellSky’s sales activities resulting in trackable lead generation, brand recognition, and client retention. The scope of this job includes supporting the marketing and sales teams with event logistics and support, operational management, budget reconciliation, and communication with vendors and internal teams.
This position is based at WellSky ’ s World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute activities and objectives related to various client-facing events and conferences, including registration, logistics, communication, and budget requirements.
Coordinate vendors, speakers, catering, and AV teams for assigned external or internal events.
Provide oversight of WellSky's marketing assets, manage inventory, and identify procurement needs, including shipping necessary items for tradeshows and other hosted events.
Coordinate on-site logistics and communication with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth coordination and flawless delivery.
Gather feedback from clients, teammates, and internal stakeholders to identify ways to evaluate and improve client engagement.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 0-2 years’ relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce experience
Smartsheet experience
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs
Willing to work additional hours or irregular hours as needed
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
